The list of hymns is no longer available without pay - do you think you could provide the list? I'm sure there some I would add or subtract - I doubt I could limit my own favorites to so few!<br />Thanks again for your inspiring posts!Jen C.https://www.blogger.com/profile/18211373992460760433noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6246047778873013396.post-49183808789587868682013-11-10T15:23:23.310-05:002013-11-10T15:23:23.310-05:00Your hand is SO gorgeous! I dabble in calligraphy, not so much anymore, nor my watercolor painting, as I have an unsteady hand most of the time due to medications for asthma... AND you write The Word ... glorious!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6246047778873013396.post-36238603311694758172013-11-06T22:11:28.920-05:002013-11-06T22:11:28.920-05:00Hi, Linda! I appreciate your encouragement and long term support of my work. :) When working in this journal, I only do one stanza at a time. I'd say one stanza takes me 40 minutes. The paper in this journal is extremely fibrous (and frustrating!) I came to calligraphy through the Ugly Handwriting door, so I work very slowly compared to most. I must carefully form my letters, and even more so with tiny fibers continually getting caught in the nib. Hope this info helps.
