Rachel graduated this past Sunday, and I enjoyed doing some ornamental penmanship on the envelope for her card. (Once you start, it's hard to stop!) I used a Zebra G and Holbein Pearl Gold gouache mixed with some Schmincke Rich Gold powder.)
Rach and her proud papa. :) It was a beautiful day for our happy celebration.
I made these graduation cards using a section from this Jeremiah 29:11 piece I made for Rachel. The lettering on the kraft envelopes was done with a Zebra G and Dr. Martin's Pen White.
I also wanted to let you know that many of the ZIG pens I mentioned in last week's post *are* available in the USA from Paper & Ink Arts. I tried to respond to each person that emailed me about where they could purchase the pens, but I thought I should let all my readers know as well. I have updated my original post, including the link to Paper & Ink. View it by clicking here.
One last housekeeping note: I have changed the preferences for the comments section of my blog. I know some of you have become increasingly frustrated with the word verification process when leaving comments, and I hope the changes I've made will make it easier for you.
Wishing you a wonderful weekend.
Go forth and flourish!
