Today's fleurish was inspired by my clematis vine. It definitely could use some color!
Our sideyard arbor is pushing 20 years old. At this point, the ivy is holding the arbor up, rather than the other way around. The poor, old thing should probably be taken down for safety's sake, but I just can't bear to dismantle it.
Hi Jane! Thanks for visiting today! I hadn't done Blackletter in quite some time but I always find it very fun. I used a marker because gouache would slide on the spray paint.
I love calligraphy and enjoy learning new things to incorporate with my lettering. After many years of owning a professional calligraphy and design studio, I closed and dissolved my business in December of 2019.
I enjoy calligraphy as a personal interest.
In addition to calligraphy, I enjoy journaling, traveling, baking, reading and watching Purdue University basketball. I am married to my best friend and we have two great kids.
Feel free to email me about my work, but please do not take, download, or copy my work without my permission.
I love your flourish today! Lovely clematis and I love the color. I love finding inspiration in the garden.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful inspiration for your flourish! I just planted my first clematis a few weeks ago, I hope it grows to look as amazing as yours!!
