Summer is zipping by, isn't it?!
I did this piece several months back, but in honor of wedding season, I thought I'd post it today.

The piece was done with walnut ink on handmade watercolor paper. I love working with walnut ink. I buy the crystals from Paper and Ink Arts and then add water.

ReplyDeleteGorgeous, Jane! I've never seen flourishes done so beautifully in a heart shape. I'm a big fan of the walnut ink crystals, too--often toss a few in when I'm grinding stick ink, which gives it an interesting color (and speeds up the process!).

ReplyDeleteBeautiful, Jane! And one of my favorite verses, too. My husband and I have this verse inscribed in Hebrew on our wedding bands. Has a dual meaning for us. :-)
